Our training is done through accelerated, experiential, lecture-and-action-based learning - where attendees escape their everyday roles and experiences and are thrust into a low-risk learning adventure. Through this, they gain the desired leadership skills and tie them back to their specific situations. This development venue has proven to help participants learn faster and retain more than traditional learning methods. Training sessions are offered locally, near our clients, in 1-day or multi-day increments, and can also be offered in 1-2 hour modules. A natural follow-up to training sessions, our coaching packages provide further tailoring to specific situations and can be performed with individuals, teams, and/or management/executives. Our leadership coaching is built around our model for building inspiring leaders, leveraging tools and conversations/interactions to apply the components of our model to their specific situation. Coaching is offered in various coaching plans in packages of hours, either via phone or in-person. Our consulting services leverage a client-centric approach to work with your leadership steering team to determine areas for improvement, identify metrics to gage improvement, develop a tailored plan designed to impact the metrics, and walk clients through the plan every step of the way. Through our unique assessment approach, which includes interviews at various levels of the organization as well as key metric analysis and observation, we identify critical themes for leadership improvement. Utilizing our "Leadership as an Adventure Model", we determine which elements will provide improvement, then we work with you to develop and execute an action plan to drive real results.
