Integrates with diallers, sms, email, payment gateways, mailing houses, speech analytics and more. ExtraCollect – an asset management platform enabling clients to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including: DCAs, Solicitors, Debt Management Providers. The platform includes advanced analytics, intelligent segmentation, reconciliation, invoicing, query management and visibility of account level end-to-end customer journeys.
