Consequently, the Company has equally long-standing relationships with their customers and a loyal following of major distributors and chefs and large restaurants groups within New York City and the Northeast Tri-State area. The transportation of all tomatoes occurs in a closed-loop transportation division of Lucky's Real Tomatoes, which ensures that the tomatoes are delivered to all distribution facilities at the optimal temperature to preserve the quality and flavor of the fresh tomatoes. Quality control is performed at each of the East Coast distribution facilities, both of which are HACCP accredited and undergo annual third-party food safety audits performed by Primus Labs and SCS Global. Core products include vine-ripened red and yellow beefsteak tomatoes, red and yellow grape tomatoes, Roma Plum tomatoes, and specialty tomatoes on a seasonal basis.
