Cartel Properties is a 35 year old private firm that develops unique high quality urban mixed use retail, residential and entertainment districts throughout Atlanta, GA. Our method of operation is identifying in-town districts that are in need or lack identity, acquiring groups of underutilized buildings and property within these districts and transforming them into unique and appealing environments. Each district has its own personality. Cartel's goal is to bring life to the streets by developing projects that feature great restaurants, quality shopping and creative places for people to live and work.
