Stock Sweepers Ltd, founded in 1998 by Jeff Stock, has become one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of truck-mounted suction road sweepers. The business was created with the sole intent of refurbishing and remounting our existing road sweeper equipment on to new chassis for our own operated hire fleet. Other road sweeper operators in the UK and overseas soon approached Stock Sweepers to have their equipment refurbished & remounted when they themselves realised huge savings could be achieved. In February 2000, Stock Sweepers hire fleet was purchased by a competing road sweeper operating company, but Jeff had already realised that there was a large gap in the market for remounting road sweepers, which had been proven in the previous years. Stock Sweepers continued to refurbish and remount road sweepers for customers across the country whilst they were adapting and designing their new S-Series machines in the background. In January 2010, Stock Sweepers released their all-new S6400 & S8400 Series heavy-duty truck-mounted suction road sweepers, which have already had a great response in the UK. Additionally, Stock Sweepers are now on the Pro5 procurement agreement, which gives them the ability to sell their road sweepers to all the local authorities.
