Asahitec Stencils Private Ltd., is a group of Asahitec Co. Ltd., Japan and it is the sixth overseas operation in its network. It was founded in November 2007 in Chennai near to Hi Tech Electronics City, Sriperumbudur. Asahitec Laser Cut Stencils are well known for its F2 Polishing technology which sets it above its competitors. Asahitec-India is an ISO 9001:2000 company since April 2008. The setup has the complete facility of Laser Cutting with its patented F2-Polishing technology, Screen stretching and Frame fabrication. All our Laser Cut Stencils are passing through a stringent quality checks to guarantee for the smooth processing surface and high dimensional precision, the solder applied volume can be uniform and stable. In addition to the Laser Cut Stencils, we can supply Electro Formed Stencils, Etched (Step Up & Step Down) Stencils to the EMS industry. In 2010 Asahitec created a Tooling Division to manufacture Wave Soldering Pallet, Inspection Templates and other customized jigs and fixtures required in the PCB Assembly process. In addition to this Asahitec supplies various printing consumables and has a tie up with Shinsei Technology of Malaysia to distribute SMT Machinery in India.
