Quality & Equity HealthCare is a social business company offering the following services and products: 1. Policy, Strategy and Program design in health financing, community health, decentralization and community health; 2. Developing health insurances for low income; 3. Social marketing public health products and drugs in rural areas; and 4. Developing easy prevention services for non-communicable diseases. Registered on May 29, 2013. Founded by Claude Sekabaraga, senior health and financing specialist, former government of Rwanda and the World Bank staff. The purpose is to develop private investment in social-health business, especially mobilization of private investors in micro-health insurances for low & middle-income countries, as well as providing technical assistance in implementation, evaluation, research and policy design towards universal health financing coverage.
