DVVC is a volunteer consortium, focused on collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Our Mission: To unite military and veteran service organizations and advocates who share common goals to build programmatic capacity and increase services to clients under the umbrella of regional collaboration. DVVC has been recognized by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a Community Veteran Engagement Board (CVEB) for our community-based efforts to improve Veteran outcomes and make our community a Veteran-friendly site to live, work and raise a family. DVVC received a 2018 Veteran-Friendly Communities Appreciation Certificate from VA Deputy Secretary Thomas Bowman!
