RB Law was founded by Ms. Rashi Bansal, who is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. She graduated in Law in 2009, after which she aggressively explored litigation in the corporate and financial industry. She handles cases pertaining to banking laws, arbitration, corporate litigation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and its Appellate Forum, matters relating to recovery of debts, commercial disputes, and quasi-criminal matters in High Court and Supreme Court of India.
