The Production Farm Inc. is a charitable organization that delivers art and culture based programming to address the social, economic, and educational needs of youth in care. Our vision is to provide youth in care with creative outlets, safe places, and dependable care by giving young people hope and the tools to succeed. Our hope is to grow self-worth by giving these individuals a voice. In addition to serving as an entry point to further education and employment, The Production Farm Inc. will provide youth in care with a relevant career skill enhancement program and a community service initiative, as well as create experiences that build character and skills in personal, interpersonal, technical and artistic realms. The organization will provide these youth with the opportunity to build a positive self-image while simultaneously offering them alternative ways of expressing themselves. The organization will allow youth in care with an equal opportunity access to arts & culture career development and job training while providing a beautiful artistic service to the Northeast Wisconsin Community. The Production Farm Inc. will provide programs that use visual art and community bonding as the key focus for the personal development, empowerment and redirection of youth in care to a healthy, happy, and productive life. The Production Farm will provide a venue that furnishes an art and culture learning environment where people of all ages can practice, develop and experience the visual arts on a regular basis. The organization will partner with other youth agencies and programs to better coordinate and expand the range of services offered to youth in care, in our communities.
