DEIT (Digital Estate Investment Trust) is a private equity project with a simple investment strategy: invest in the rails of futuretech, invest in passive income generating assets, and invest in the best. DEIT also serves as a skunkworks factory for creating experiments related to social capitalism, and software catering to crypto/blockchain users or fintech more generally. For the moment, its the steward of Fractional Foundation (fractional.foundation), a thought experiment/model/set of smart contracts that aims to underwrite a fiat token using simple, fine-tuneable fractions to be orchestrated by a DAO.
