Dickinson ISD is located in Dickinson, Texas which is in Galveston County. Dickinson is the home of the gators. Campuses in the district serve students from Pre-kindergarten through grade twelve. Campuses include Dickinson High School, Dickinson Continuation Center, McAdams Junior High, Barber Middle School, Dunbar Middle School, Lobit Middle School, San Leon Elementary, KE Little Elementary, J. Silbernagel Elementary, Bay Colony Elementary, Lobit Elementary and Calder Road Elementary. The alternative program also includes Coastal Alternative Program, Dickinson Alternative Learning Center, and the Esmond Center.
