The North Carolina Collaborative Attorney Network (NC-CAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to public education about the collaborative divorce process for North Carolina families and couples. Its founders and members are North Carolina attorneys that are dedicated to helping families avoid the unnecessary destruction of typical adversarial divorce in favor of a process that seeks to minimize animosity, protect finances and nurture the co-parenting relationship that protects children both during and after a divorce. Members can be found statewide and are willing to answer any questions you may have about our organization or the collaborative divorce process itself.
