Meteor Systems has been manufacturing growing systems and drip irrigation systems for more than 23 years. We develop, design and produce systems for vegetables, soft fruits, cut flowers, herbs & leafs and recently medicinal cannabis. We have a factory in the Netherlands and North America and an office in China. Back in the ’90 was Meteor Systems one of the pioneers that introduced cultivation of vegetables on steel gutters (hydroponics). Nowadays we translate traditional horticultural knowledge into modern technologies. The latest innovations are the development of multilayer racks for indoor and vertical farming, sustainable floating rafts for Deep Water Culture (DWC) and Nutrient Film Technique (NFT), low substrate cultivation and so on. Our innovations are ready to integrate into automated sowing and harvesting systems and to connect to a smart cultivation environment. Our mission is to translate knowlegde into technology.
