Joy & Wellness Pharmacy Consulting is founded by Joy Aifuwa, a young, vibrant professional who spent about 9 years of her career as a pharmacist serving her local community at Rite Aid Pharmacy. Traveling throughout the district to a variety of stores ranging from low-volume to high-volume prescription filling broadened her experience and has enabled her to expand her clinical and business knowledge. Joy is equipped and ready to bring people who once were hopeless, to full of hope for wholeness and a brighter future. In addition to her pharmacy background, she is a humble and gifted servant who served as a prayer minister for 3 years at her local church, Impacting Your World Christian Center (IYWCC). Her desire is to bring people to a deeper understanding of how much God loves them and that He wants to see them whole: spirit, soul, and body. This Bible-based organization offers a variety of modern pharmacy consulting services such as medication therapy management (MTM), clinical recommendations on drug-related topics, and tips on maintaining proper digestive health. Additionally, it goes beyond the scope of modern pharmacy practice to offer a unique Targeted Bible-based program. This program teaches people how to use Bible scriptures to treat their specific sickness and disease. The I Care For Healing Training Program was recently developed for health professionals who desire to be equipped on how to incorporate their faith in God into their professional fields to assist in the healing of their patients. Targeted Bible-based services also include periodic seminars (Time For Healing Seminars) in a relaxed environment, where we teach how to apply God’s Word to bring about healing in the body. These community events are interactive, giving patients the opportunity to engage in different activities to help them gain a better understanding of the simplicity of our program.
