(GTA) is a non-government and non-profit making national organization working in the field of community and development through a community- based approach GTA has a team of experts and professionals who are enriched with years of experience in different sectors of development work including mass media, behavior change communication, organizational development, training and capacity building and implementing community development and awareness programs. Among others the team also comprised of members adept at qualitative and quantitative research, household and base line surveys, project monitoring and evaluation and many more technical areas.
