The mission of the Parking Authority of Baltimore City is to find, or create, and implement parking solutions for Baltimore City, and to be the resource on all things "parking" in Baltimore. Sometimes referred to as a "quasi" government agency, we are a non-profit organization that uses innovative strategies to find parking solutions for Baltimore. This includes managing the 14 City-owned parking garages and numerous parking lots, over 40 residential permit parking areas, thousands of multi-space and single space parking meters, reserved residential handicap parking, valet parking regulations and parking demand strategies including car sharing and bike parking.
