St. Croix Sensory performs sensory testing of product, material and environmental air samples. SCS also provides training for sensory panelists, consulting services on sensory protocols, and manufacturing of olfactometry equipment. St. Croix Sensory utilizes olfactometers and other presentation devices for evaluation of odors using trained assessors or consumers. This includes testing of odor thresholds, odor intensity and odor character profiling.
