The company is a joint venture between four of the industry's leaders representing two companies: Eric & Paul John of Ritz-Craft Corporation and Vaughan Buckley & Robert Schmalbach of Vaughan Buckley Construction. The owners have hand-picked a team of industry experts and in-house veterans to run Johns Buckley's day-to-day operations.
