Climate Transition Capital Acquisition 1 is one of the first European SPACs to focus on the climate transition. CTCA1 listed on Euronext Amsterdam in June 2021 and raised €190 million in a private placement. By accelerating access to public growth capital, CTCA1 believes that climate SPACs could become a vital tool for mobilising the $100 trillion+ needed to reach net zero by 2050.
