Rich Hein joined his brother in the family business in 1987 after achieving his B.S. in Accounting from Cal State University at Hayward. Shortly after Ed retired in ‘89, Jim and Rich incorporated Hein Lighting & Electric, and have grown the business to as many as 60 employees.
