Prakriti, is the Environment Society of Lady Shri Ram College for Women. We at Prakriti believe that the environment can never be an isolated area of study. Society impacts the environment as much as the environment transforms society. ✓ Prakriti has initiated a series of eco- friendly projects like the Prakriti Bazaar, and conducted workshops such as Nest making, Paper Recycling, Seed Ball making, besides many others, over the last year. ✓ Our initiatives for environmental advocacy last year included conducting talks on Sustainable Menstruation, Environment and Spirituality, Plogging and Butterfly Conservation. ✓ Our Blog and Annual print magazine - ANKUR feature interesting stories, poems and essays on the environment.
