The company was founded in 2014 as Emarei Ltd. & Co. KG. Initially, it focused exclusively on providing advice and sales of MR Conditional components for radiology with a focus on tools made of titanium and beryllium copper. Since late 2015, suitcases and inserts have been designed and produced for the Emarei sales program and a small machine park with portal milling machines has been set up. With the beginning of the development of MR cardiac phantoms, the machinery was gradually expanded. In addition to our "EMAREI" tools for strong magnetic fields and hazardous areas as well as MR Conditonal instruments, which are very close to our hearts, we want to further develop, produce and distribute our proprietary development MR cardiac phantoms in the future. In August 2018 the company was transformed from Emarei to Ing. Ph. J. Daum Ltd. & Co. KG, because in addition to the well-rehearsed brand "Emarei" for tools still other products come into the program. In November 2018 we changed the partner with unlimited liability Ing. Ph. J. Daum Germany Ltd. against Ing. Daum Verwaltungs-GmbH and renamed the company to Ing. Ph. J. Daum GmbH & Co. KG. With the sophisticated development of MR cardiac phantoms that simulate cardiac function and diaphragmatic breathing, our machinery has grown steadily and today we are equipped with 3D printers, CAD software, milling machines, lathes, etc.. In addition, we also want to distribute products for the data center and electrotechnical plant engineering markets that we know and understand.
