Born2Global Centre, since its inception in September 2013, has been setting the standard for successful global startup ecosystem as the main Korean government agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT). With its mission to establish a global startup hub where major actors of the global startup scene can interact and collaborate, Born2Global aims to play a role as a middleman for sustainable and virtuous circulation of startup ecosystem. Born2Global has been developing strategies as a global startup accelerators and an ICT innovation business developer, seeking to provide a total solution for startups’ global market entry, and to create Unicorns through running a differentiated one-stop support platform. The institution is located in Pangyo Techno Valley, which is a place that has been dubbed as the ‘Silicon Valley of Korea’, emerging as the most popular destination for settling-in for tech companies in Korea.
