Bianca Seidel Consulting is a value-based management consultancy based in Düsseldorf. In addition to business aspects, the focus is on ethical corporate management, sustainable management, sustainable design, corporate social responsibility (CSR), creative industries and the fashion industry. We develop sustainable strategies and concepts for companies and start-ups, implement CSR and eco-design processes and advise designers on raising their profile as eco-designers. Where necessary, we also provide operational support for the change process by taking over project management for individual areas. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations form the practical guidelines in our daily consultancy work. Bianca Seidel Consulting is one of the few consultancies in Germany that also specialises in the requirements of the design industry as well as design-oriented companies in the start-up phase and in sustainable corporate development. Values play a central role in our consulting approach, as we are convinced that the future belongs to companies that act fairly, ecologically and ethically. In contrast, companies that are only interested in maximising profits and short-term returns are sawing the branch they themselves are sitting on in times of dwindling resources, global warming and its accompanying phenomena, such as refugee movements. Bianca Seidel Consulting was founded in 2005 by Bianca Seidel, who is one of the pioneers of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Fashion Design, Ecodesign and Sustainable Management. Already in the early 90s, she founded and established a sportswear label in the premium segment on an international level with a distinct sustainable DNA. Until 2004, she was responsible for the company's management, design, planning and product management of the collections as well as international trade.
