The Rutgers University Enactus chapter was chartered in January 2014 and we are the largest entrepreneurial organization on campus. We have been awarded, "Most Active Organization in the Rutgers Business School," two years in a row! We seek to combine the business acumen of our members with their passion for service. We strive to not just win national competitions -- we want to create positive changes in the New Brunswick community and eventually leave our mark on the world. Our Current Projects: • Popcorn for the People A non-profit organization in East Brunswick, NJ which employs adults on the autism spectrum, developing their hard skills while creating delicious gourmet popcorn. • Youth Empowerment Services (Y.E.S) A nonprofit organization in New Brunswick, NJ primarily empowering and educating at-risk youth but also helps adults with professional development. • Keep It R.E.A.L. While working with Y.E.S, we realized that middle school and high school students in New Brunswick did not have any programs available to them. Rutgers Enactus created Keep it R.E.A.L. (Rising Entrepreneurs, Aspiring Leaders) to empower these students with a micro-course teaching them sustainable entrepreneurial business practices.
