Strath Resources Ltd. is a new company that in January 2017 closed the acquisition of a quality oil and gas asset in the Kakwa area of Alberta. The Company is about to embark on the planning and development of it's proven, multi-zone resource in the Montney, Wilrich and Dunvegan zones. Strath is off to an exciting start, having positioned itself for rapid and substantial growth, with: - a production base of 6,000 boepd - a focused land position of more than 200 sections with high working interest and operatorship -a horizontal drilling inventory of more than 300 locations - infrastructure ownership and mid-stream arrangements in place to support an initial growth phase to more than 15,000 boepd, and - a strong balance sheet (no debt) with sufficient funding in place to support its near-term capital program of approximately $100mm with drilling set to commence in July 2017.
