The Bay County Tax Collector Office is a constitutional office elected by the citizens of Bay County. Among the transactions processed at the Tax Collector's office are the receipting of property taxes, issuance of driver licenses, vehicle/vessel registrations, hunting/fishing licenses, tag/titling of vehicles, and applying for concealed weapons permits. Tax Collector Chuck Perdue was elected in November 2016 and took office on January 3, 2017. Mr. Perdue is working to make improvements through the use of technology and process efficiency to provide an enhanced customer service experience.
