Mr. Robert R. Collier, Sr. is the President of Collier Management Company, LLC. He has been in the real estate business for more than 35 years involving the building of residential subdivisions, apartments, acquisitions and management. Mr. Todd A. Dickson is Vice President and Property Manager. Todd joined our company in 1988. Mrs. Brenda Kile is our primary Bookkeeper and has been with us since 1987 Our apartment managers are experienced professionals and on average most have been with our company for approximately 10 years. Additionally, we have an experienced and dependable maintenance department on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week on all our properties. Our maintenance supervisor has been with our company for well over 17 years. At Collier Management, our company motto is "large enough to serve you... small enough to know you."
