Himmerland Housing Association is the second largest public organisation of accommodations in Jutland. Since 1944, our port of registry have been located in Aalborg, and we administrate 7,000 residences, 100 employees, and our turnover on operations, which will pass 400 million DKK in 2015. We emphasise ourselves amongst the region’s largest contractors with a new construction of houses that entails 2,000 youth – and family-oriented accommodations in between the years of 2010-2020. Simultaneously, we renovate 2,500 housings to contemporary standards. In the eastern parts of Aalborg, we organise the largest transformational municipality project in the North Denmark Region with ‘Kildeparken 2020’. A variety of our projects has been honoured, and we and our collaborators has been recognised – ex. ‘Sundheds – and Kvartershuset’ along with ‘Henius House’ and ‘Kvadratet’.
