Land+Shelter was founded in 2005 based on the idea that architecture is always site specific. We bring shelter and land together in our philosophy of the built environment. We are driven to create innovative architecture through collaboration with clients, long-term community involvement, and an honest commitment to sustainable design. We have a reputation built on a full spectrum of services from property evaluation leading to full architectural design through construction administration. We often take on diverse roles in our projects, serving as planning consultant, development consultant, and marriage counselor in addition to our role as architects. In order to succeed at Land+Shelter, an ability to work in and out of classic job roles is a must. PRINCIPAL: ANDREA KORBER Andrea is principal and owner of Land+Shelter. She is dedicated to great design and a champion of the creative process. She earned her bachelors degree from Dartmouth in 1998 and Master in Architecture from the Harvard Design School in 2002.
