Fivesixty was founded in 2009 from an idea of Massimo Minolfi, to which Gianni Coriani immediately adhered. The pair enjoy considerable professional backgrounds and solid skills in finance, having held first-rate positions in major banking institutions and having interfaced with most of the business world. Fivesixty' s strategic mission is to provide passion and know-how, in terms of financial market, in order to assist medium/large companies and their management in the decision making and operational phases. It also assists companies in order to develop strategies and business plans, with particular attention to aspects concerning finance, financial control, business risks and financial restructurings. Particular attention is dedicated to industrial activity. In early 2010 Fivesixty Legal, represented by Roberto Sidoti, joined the group in order to offer companies also legal assistance for a range of increasingly broad and comprehensive services. At the end of the same year, Fivesixty Finance was born too, which later became Fivesixty Service, dedicated specifically to the credit intermediation and led by Luigi Moncada. In 2013 was founded Fivesixty Hypercube, which started operating in 2014, targeted at the operations of Merger&Acquisition, with a focus on streamlining business processes. This completes a well-established network capable of satisfying the necessities of costumers with tailor-made solutions.
