I got into software sales 3 years ago after graduating from college, and after using a number of different CRM tools including the “Big One”, I found myself spending more time sifting through irrelevant and unorganized data that is often helpful for sales managers, VP’s and CRO’s, but doesn’t add any real value to a sales doers process. What I moved towards was the use of multiple excel files, docs, and email folders to organize and track my data. While this worked better for me than these other CRM’s, I realized there was a need to develop a tool to help sales people sell. A tool that would streamline and capture all relevant information that can be used to focus on Revenue Producing Activities to have much more efficient days.
