The Rialto Theatre, built in 1924, was repurposed by 8-Count Productions in 2013 as an arts and events space with an art gallery, production space, and flexible event space. Still intact are the beautiful proscenium arch and exposed brick walls, as well as the Mediterranean Revival blue tile and yellow brick facade, that is a contributing structure to the Historic Business District, affectionately called the Yellow Brick Row.
