www.runday.com.auRUNDAY is a fitness community uniting people throughout Sydney weekly. We come together to provide a safe, social and unique environment to promote mental and physical wellbeing. In our pursuit to achieve this goal of improved health, RUNDAY provides a diverse range of fitness activities run by fully qualified professionals whom we partner with. We recognise the current shortfall in society relating to health, and aim to diminish the greater social and financial barriers impeding the realisation of these goals. RUNDAYVOUS are currently on hold. At the moment we are gathering at our 'Club 30'. These crew meet ups occur 3 days a week, and are a chance for individuals to improve their fitness as a group through doing their 'Best 30'. That's just 30 minutes of cardio - run, walk or jog. All are welcome! Our usual service - Sunday 'RUNDAYVOUS' - involves facilitating free fitness events every Sunday in different iconic Sydney locations (currently ranging from Cronulla - Bondi - The Bay Run). We partner with different fitness professionals (e.g. bootcamp, pilates/yoga, boxing, meditation) each week to run free fitness events for the community ranging from 10 - 200 people at a single session. We finish every session with a 'Best 30' which is a Run, Walk or Jog. The RUNDAY service is much more than a run, it is unmatched and unrivalled to any other wellness or fitness movement of its kind.
