With offices in Houston, Lubbock and Dallas, Texas, we complete appraisals on more than 1200 properties each year throughout the United States. Most members of the firm have over 10 years experience and permanent State Certifications are held in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia. Designations held within our office include MAI, CRE, SGA AI-GRS and CCIM. Property types valued on a regular basis include multi-family properties for conventional lenders and extensive work with HUD, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and other restricted rental programs. The firm has experience in medical, retail, office, industrial, vacant land and a wide range of special-use properties including golf courses and subdivisions. In addition, our firm has professionals with extensive experience in valuation for eminent domain, right-of-way and other litigation issues. As Director of Research, I work on complex assignments in support of senior appraisers as well as unique projects at the local and national level.
