Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity is equally owned and operated by its initiated brothers. There are approximately 6,500 undergraduate brothers and 70,000 living graduate brothers. Alpha Sigma Phi was founded on December 6, 1845 – Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut and is the 10th oldest social fraternity in the United States. The Fraternity recognizes 147 active chapters, provisional chapters, and interest groups.
