We own multi-family properties from Everett to Olympia and everywhere in between. Our company is built on the belief that high-quality housing should be attainable for all. Our target demographic is lower-to-middle-class Washingtonians who don't want to sacrifice location or quality because of budget. We build all of our ground-up projects with this belief front of mind, because we build smarter, we are able to pass those savings on to our tenants.
