Locally owned and operated, Brooks Technology Management began as Laser Plus Inc. in 1988 for the express purpose of providing in-house Remanufactured and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) toners - PLUS laser printer repair for Nashville and surrounding areas. Our current president, Randy Brooks, was one of the founding partners. Over the following years, we established ourselves as an HP service provider including the large format Plotters and offering service agreements on Laser printers. Acquiring technicians with varied backgrounds allowed us to also service HP, Panasonic, Brother, Samsung, Lexmark, Konica, Xerox, Sharp, etc,. In 2006, we became Brooks Technology Management by rounding out our technology services with Network Services and Print Fleet Management to offer a one-source-solution in an ever changing industry.
