We have also acquired or pursued acquisitions in TX and CO. Over the last 60 months, MVHP has owned 11 apartment properties in markets along the East Coast, and 11 student housing properties (with a total value in excess of $1 Billion). MVHP also provides asset and property management services. The guiding principal of MVHP is to treat each property as its own, and to remember that each property is its own individual business first and foremost. MVHP works closely with each owner/client to identify appropriate needs as well and initiate creative and innovative solutions to maximize specific property marketing and economics. The following services can be provided on a third-party contract basis by Multiversity Housing Partners, LLC 1. Asset Management Services 2. Third Party Due Diligence (including structural review, lease audit, capital budget analysis, and RE tax analysis) 3. Property Management Services (including): a. Financial Reporting – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Financial Reporting b. Marketing Services c. Physical Property Reporting (Leasing and Marketing - we pride ourselves on constant Owner/Client Communications) d. Annual Budget Preparation and Collaboration with Owner/Client. e. Rental Rate, Concession, and Incentive Analysis i. Vendor and Contract Management j. Best in the Business Staffing (through constant and continuous Training and Education)
