By the turn of 2007, Giorgios Group, then Giorgios Hospitality Group, saw the opportunity to take control of The Nasher Museum Cafe from then owner Sage and Swift and tailored back what the Cafe had to offer to increase its marketability and accessibility, enlisting in regional young chefs to prepare food for the masses. Since then, many have come and gone, helping to add to, modify, and morph the restaurant into the style and offerings we are proud to call our own today. Our mission statement: "To Graciously Serve Simple Food Is an Art Within Itself." Giorgios Group holds a vast array of the most renowned restaurants and top restaurant design services nationwide. From thought to concept, layers of detail to realization, we work with our clients 
to develop a brand and fulfill its highest potential. Through distinct restaurant concepts we provide unique and memorable
 dining experiences with passion and enthusiasm “one guest, one plate at a time.” From conception to opening, Bakatsias directs all aspects of the creative process, including concept development and branding, architectural and interior design, selection of key management, lighting, textiles, and furniture. His appreciation for the guest experience, intuitive sense of cutting-edge trends in dining, and talent for menu composition have garnered the attention and praise of local and national food critics alike.
