About FaaB FaaB, short for Free as a Bird Ltd, was founded in May 2012 by Adrian Edmonds following 15 years of working in Managerial positions in some of the UK’s most successful blue chip businesses. Whilst as a Franchise Advisor, and later as a Business Bank Manager, he identified a common feature of business owners. Many of his clients were fantastic technicians, highly specialised in their field, but with a common skill or experience gap: ‘Business Acumen’. Through mentoring, coaching and training, Free as a Bird helps business owners tone up on business skills. Adrian is a business generalist able to assist in most areas of a business and has essential experience and knowledge in key areas of Sales, Marketing and Management. As with all businesses Free as a Bird understands the importance of listening to the needs and wants of clients. So, as well as working with business owners on a 1:1 basis, Free as a Bird offers interim directorship, management, leadership and project management.
