The Counselling Foundation is a counselling and professional training organisation that promotes positive mental health. As part of our counselling service we make provisions for those who may not be able to access affordable counselling either in person, by telephone or online. Both our training and counselling services are accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). We believe our services should be accessible to all regardless of faith, colour, gender or background. We have centres across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire but our services are available online across the UK. We offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk; if you want to become a counsellor we can help you to develop your skills in this profession or if your company wants to support their employee wellbeing, we can help you achieve this.
