It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for all people whose lives are touched by Down syndrome. Founded in 1999 by five local Fresno area families, we have grown so much that in 2009 the organization changed our named to reflect the area we serve- Down Syndrome Association of Central California. We serve our loved ones with Down syndrome and their families in the Merced, Madera, Mariposa, Fresno, King and Tulare counties.
