My carrier started in 1994 as a Manager for European Projects at the REFA Association and REFA-International in Darmstadt, Germany. After five years managing transnational projects and consulting assignments, I changed to the emerging technology industry specializing in marketing & sales as well as business development. Since 1999, I was more than less involved with development projects within the IT & Telecommunicaion sector. Due to the complexity of HR planning and developing teams and organizations, I extended my organizational skills to adopt an expert method called "Talentview" that helps developing business performances, especially in growing organizations. During the last 10 years, I supported a large number of international companies in expanding and growing their Business in Germany, Swiss and Austria.
