My name in Josh Zingher and I am an Assistant professor of Political Science at Old Dominion University. My expertise is organizing and analyzing data and using data to help make evidence-based decisions. It is my belief that we can use data and statistics tools to help government operate more efficiently and effectively. I have expertise in both data creation, management, and analysis. I can construct original datasets, clean and organize data from existing sources, and provide data analysis. I can also offer an independent outside evaluation of research done in house or by other firms. I can do all of this at a cost that is much lower than large firms.
