Blue Mill has been in business since 1977, offering a wide range of spices, vinegars, rose and flower waters, herbal teas, concentrated syrups, puddings and pulses. Over the years it grew to become the largest leading spice and pulse manufacturer in Jordan. Our wide range of products exceeds one hundred forty different items. In 1994, a new research and development department was formed to observe, apply and enhance quality standards and hygienic conditions. A new laboratory was formed in order to guarantee that the ingredients and raw materials are always in perfect condition.
