Clean Energy 4 All

In 2013, brothers Dr. Robert “Bob” Pohl and Peter Pohl began a quest to help transform the lives of people who have fallen on hard times. They realized that many of these people rely on the services of successful charities that work with at risk individuals so they can lead productive lives. So, rather than taking the typical approach of donating food, clothing and other sundries, Bob and Peter decided to use their extensive business experience to help reduce the operational overhead of these facilities. They knew that if they could accomplish that goal then more funds would become available for the services that directly benefit people in need. With an expertise in creating, funding, building and operating clean energy solutions (such as solar), Bob and Peter were confident that if they donated and built solar energy systems for these facilities, the facilities could realize significant energy cost savings. They also realized that such a program would reduce the carbon footprint of the facilities and send a strong environmental sustainability message to other non-profit organizations. With this grand vision Bob and Peter Pohl created CleanEnergy4All, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that funds and installs energy projects for accredited and highly successful charities that benefit under-privileged and under-served individuals, such as individuals recovering from physical, mental or substance abuse. Simultaneously, the Foundation and the host charity significantly enhance the environment. The finished product CleanEnergy4All provides to charitable facilities is a Photovoltaic (PV)/Solar system that is made up of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, an AC/DC power converter (also known as an inverter), a racking system that holds the solar panels, and the interconnections and mounting for the other components. It may be either a rooftop or carport system.
