We work closely with the cities to meet their needs and provide controlled growth with a purpose. We have been fortunate that our product is in high demand allowing us to pre sell our Projects to a great set of working partners including several public home builders, as well as vibrant national and regional private builders. This relationship is based on trust and good old fashioned values. Combined these city, county, builder relationships allow us to create well timed projects that fit the real market needs in turn reducing our risk profile. We are actively looking to expand into new markets around the Houston MSA with plans in 2023 to expand into other major markets throughout Texas.
