Happy Masks are reusable masks with a built-in, washable nanofiber membrane filter. Our filters have been tested by Nelson Labs and the Taiwan Textile Research Institute to block 99.9% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns. In a Repeated Wash Test, our filters also showed no impact to filtration efficacy, even after 50 washes. This allows us to sew-in each filter, providing corner-to-corner coverage and eliminating the need for filter inserts. Each mask features a trademark “beak” shape, which enables clear talking and easy breathing, making them comfortable enough to be worn for hours at a time.
